Celebrating Our Sporting Achievements
Our school have taken part in a number of sporting activities and have done so well with what they have achieved. The activities included, swimming, tri-golf, cricket, athletics and football. We celebrated by having a sports assembly and lots of children received, certificates and medals! Well…

Y5/6 Clay Pictograms
As part of our topic on Olympics, we have created pictogram tiles, in the style of those used at the Athens games in 2004, using clay. The children also used ancient Greek pottery as inspiration.
Assembly
It was lovely to see some more fantastic achievements. The children are now becoming more confident at telling everyone themselves. We also listened to some other fantastic everyday achievements.

Ancient Egyptian Death Masks!
As part of our Ancient Egypt topic, we were set with the task to design and make our own Egyptian death mask.
We used a range of techniques and tools to create our masks and then, when they were dry, we painted them!
