Back to school with a bang!
Welcome back to a new term and a new year…but it’s been straight back to work for Y6. Only three days in and we have been working hard in Maths to get to grips with decimals.

Time Travellers
To begin our new topic ‘Time Travellers’ we have been looking at old toys from the Victorian era and comparing them to the toys that we play with now. Some of the children said that the old toys were “even better!”
Circuits!
Today Miss Green came into school to teach us about circuit training! This provided us with useful information for our new topic about being healthy! Well done everybody, it was hard work!

As I write this it is the last day of the Autum term and the children are enjoying Toy Day. We have had a lovely term as a class and the children have settled well into key stage two. They have lots to be proud of from this term and we are looking forward to all that 2019 has in store.
