Congratulations to Mrs. Carrington's class and Mrs. Orhan's and Miss James' class for having 100% attendance last week.

We have really enjoyed our first week at Nursery. The children have settled well and are adapting to our routines. Take a look at what fun we have had.

We have had a very busy half term learning all about minibeasts. We did lots of exciting activities and learnt lots of amazing facts. 
 

In Y5/6 we have been learning about the cubist style of art, first invented by Picasso and George Braque and we have experimented with creating our own cubist portraits.  Here are some or our portraits.

We have had a very special delivery this week, we now have ten caterpillars in our class. We have named them all and have learnt all about the life cycle of a butterfly. We are very excited to watch them grow and change. 

We were very busy in nursery last week. At forest school we went on a sound hunt. We also learnt lots of interesting facts about bees, dressed like bees and tasted honey with our snack. Take a look at the fun we had. 
 

We had a great time at Forest School this week. We went on a minibeast hunt and found lots minibeasts. 
 

We have enjoyed having all the children back at school and welcoming our new starters. Jackson Mrs Augusta’s puppy also enjoyed coming for a play. 
 

We have been busy this week making and creating. We have made our own tie dye T-shirt’s, musical instruments and also had a go at African drumming with Mrs Carrington.
