Year 5 Castleton
What a fantastic three days! We have had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the year 5 children. They embraced every challenge and were excellent ambassadors for our school.
Y5/6 Olympics
After learning about the origins of the Olympic rings this morning, the children competed in their own Olympics this afternoon. They chose the events themselves and were in five teams: one for each of the World's land continents as is represented in the Olympic rings.
KS2 Celebration Assembly
It was lovely to celebrate our children’s achievements out of school. Football, basketball, karate and kick boxing were all represented this week. Well done everyone.

The Water Cycle
In science, this week, we have been learning about the water cycle. We learnt about the different stages and had lots of fun acting out the journey of a water droplet within the water cycle. We couldn’t believe that the water we drink, could have been drunk by a dinosaur!
Tri-Golf Champions!
