We’ve had a fantastic day at Far Ings today. We started our day with pond dipping. We couldn’t believe all that we found in the water, our favourite was a big stickleback!
Next we went on to the bug hotel. We used nets and tickle brushes to catch bugs so that we could have a closer look.
After this we made our own minibeasts out of clay. They could be real or made up. We had some fantastic names for our minibeasts!
To finish our day we went on a nature walk. We learnt lots of interesting facts and created our own postcards!
