We’ve had another fantastic day in York. Everyone went to the Yorkshire Museum to learn more about York’s past. We did a workshop about Britain’s history up until 1066, did some Viking activities and learnt about ranks and files.

After lunch we explored the museum and learnt about the Romans, Vikings and Normans.

Then we did the Wall Walk and walked around the old Roman city walls.

In the evening, we were challenged to decode Viking runes to learn about different Viking people. Then we made Viking bread.
