The children all looked fantastic in their World Book day costumes. They all made so much effort coming as their favourite book characters. During the morning, they enjoyed sharing their book with their grandparents over tea and biscuits. Throughout the morning they did lots of nice activities: a world book day big bonanza quiz; watched masterclass videos from real authors and made a film trailer for ‘Adrift in New York’, our reading book this term. Special week done to Libby, who won the Year 5 costume award for most creative costume. Can you guess what she is?
