Today we were exercising our scientific muscles by testing the properties of materials.
We were testing their hardness and flexibility and to see if they were magnetic, permeable or transparent.
We worked well in our Kagan groups to discuss what we observed and agree on scores to compare and grade the different properties.
Phoebe said, “We waited when we put the water on the wood and we saw that after a while it started soaking it. That means it’s permeable.”
