Today in letters and sounds we practised our year 2 common exception words. We used a dictionary to help us spell beautiful and pretty. We talked about other words with the same meaning: elegant, handsome and glamorous to name a few. We discussed how a dictionary can help us to spell unknown words but they can also help us find new and exciting vocabulary within our writing. Well done 2DN.
