What an exciting week in Key Stage One.   We went to the Humber Bridge and had a fantastic time and it was helped by the weather being lovely.

We walked across part of the bridge and some of us (including Miss Bunn) were a little bit scared by how high we were.  From the bridge we had some great views across the River Humber but it was quite windy and we could feel the vibrations from the vehicles crossing the bridge.

After lunch, we walked underneath the bridge. We could hear the rumble of the cars and lorries.  Finally, we sat down to sketch views of the bridge and the Humber.

What a fantastic day we all had!
