Year 3 pupils have been reading ‘The Pebble in my Pocket’ story and talking about the life history of a pebble. In grammar lessons we have been using adjectives to describe our pebbles and using preposition too. Inspired by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Rocks we designed and painted our own pebbles. On Tuesday we had a fantastic morning hiding our pebbles around the village (we can’t tell you where!) Today the children became authors and wrote their own version of ‘Pebble in my Pocket.’ Well done year 3 some super story writing, I wonder who will be star writer next week?
Who’s going on a pebble hunt this weekend, I am!
